Grateful.

   These past couple of days I have had such a great change of heart and new found love for the Gospel. I am so grateful for the Gospel. I am so grateful for the truth we have. I want to spread the message of the Gospel to others. I have felt so loved by my Savior and I'm so grateful for the atonement and for His atoning sacrifice and the knowledge that we can repent of our sins through the atonement.

    I have been trying to study my scriptures more and I can definitely testify of scripture power. They really help me resist of temptation and help me overcome trials i'm going through. I'm grateful for the scriptures and the principles they teach me. I do know that the Book of Mormon, The Bible, The Doctrine and Covenants, and The Pearl of Great Price are all true. Every word. 

   I love this Gospel. I love my Savior Jesus Christ. I love the scriptures. I love the knowledge that I can be with my family forever.

Giada at Home

I've been watching Giada at Home on the foodnetwork lately. She is super cute and makes the most yummiest things on her show! I mean don't these look great!? She really inspires me too cook. I want to cook but we never seem to have ANY of the ingredients at my house for the particular recipe I'm looking at.. Time to go shopping I think.. Anyway check out her show. It's amazing.

Before Trevor left to college my dad and I took him shooting. We went down to Warner Valley and shot some targets. It makes me so happy that my dad and Trevor get along sooooo well! I was always scared when I first started dating that the guy wouldn't get along with my family... but wow Trev fits right in! I love it. :)

September is National Piano Month.
I know, I know. It's not quite September yet. I don't care.
I love playing the piano. I'm not good by any means, but I love sitting there and letting my fingers go where they may. It's such a peaceful feeling playing. I really enjoy it.
My neighbor across the street was a fantastic piano player, but she got old and had arthritis so she couldn't play anymore. She knew I played and at the time I was practicing on a keyboard, so she decided to give it to me! Nicest thing anyone has done for me. She is so thoughtful. It's a beautiful piano and I love it and plan on keeping it with me throughout my life.
